SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Do NOT roll down your windows for at least 48 to 72 hours following installation (up to 5 days in colder conditions) to ensure full adhesive bonding. You may notice mild haze or tiny water pockets during the first 1-2 weeks; this is normal moisture evaporation. Only clean windows with a soft microfiber cloth and ammonia-free glass cleaner.

We enforce strict airborne particulate standards to guarantee bubble-free glass. Vehicles must arrive with thoroughly cleaned interiors and vacuumed upholstery. If significant pet hair, heavy dust, or mud is present, a $50 detailing decontamination fee applies before work begins.

All tinting and starlight headliner appointments require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling. Deposits secure your dedicated installation bay and technician, and the full amount is applied directly toward your final invoice upon service completion.

We require at least 24 hours advance notice to reschedule without penalty. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the booking deposit. You may transfer your deposit to a rescheduled date once if notice is given within the required timeframe.

Because precision tinting operates on tight bay schedules, a 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling or partial-service adjustment to prevent bay delays for incoming bookings.

Estimates provided online or over the phone are based on factory glass specs. Final pricing is verified upon in-bay vehicle inspection if custom glass curvature, aftermarket film removal, or specialty frameless glass is involved.
